This Cell is formed to meet the following objectives:
- To enhance self confidence among female students and staff of the college.
- To foster decision making ability.
- To increase awareness of women related social issues, health, employment and gender related matters.
- To carry out regular Gender Audits.
- To take effective and appropriate steps for Gender equality through gender-sensitization.
